    Face coverings are required for all members, guests and employees in all common areas, including hallways, elevators, laundry room, terrace, and lobby Increased daytime cleaning to sanitize touchpoints more regularly (door handles, elevator buttons, counter tops, other common areas) Installation of hand sanitizer dispensers at high traffic areas throughout the property Occupancy limits and enhanced signage to ensure safe distances and behavior in our common spaces and elevators. One-time use cutlery and glassware available for your peace of mind.

    High touch point sanitation (remotes, light switches, door handles toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, water faucet handles, nightstands, in-room control panels, light switches, temperature control panels, alarm clocks, luggage racks and flooring) Linens, towels and laundry are washed in accordance with CDC guidelines

  • What are we doing to maintain a clean and safe community

    At WeLive, the health and safety of our members, guests, and employees is our top priority. As a global company based in the United States, we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), along with the World Health Organization and local health departments as we navigate this situation. We are also in regular contact with our members and employees regarding the measures that we implement.

  • Are there any additional fees?

    We charge a one time set-up fee of $100 per person per move-in that includes basic kitchen and bath supplies. There is also the option to purchase upgraded move in packages at our members’ discretion. Occasionally we offer some premium events at a small fee, but most times events are free. Please inquire with the onsite team regarding pet fees.

  • Is there an application fee?

    No fees to apply!

  • Is there a security deposit?

    For long stay WeLive typically collects a one month security deposit. For short reservations booked through our website we place an authorization for the first night’s charges on your card.

  • How are utilities charged?

    All utilities are included in a flat rate utility fee that varies based on unit size. This includes private wifi for your apartment, a cable package, a once a month in room cleaning and unlimited use of our laundry facilities.

  • What’s included in the rent?

    Your apartment comes fully furnished and ready to move in on day one. Included in your rent is access to on premises common spaces like our large chef’s kitchens, fitness rooms and outdoor space. WeLive has a full time staff if you need assistance. WeLive hosts a number of events throughout the week that are usually open to members at no additional cost.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    For long and short stay, we accept with the ABA Bank Transfer and you can made by cash with our authorized personnel.

  • What is the guest policy?

    WH allows you to invite guests over into your home and to use our common spaces. If you have guests that will be staying for a while, so please let our property team know before you get them in.

  • Pet Policy

    WH Property is pet friendly with some limitations. Please reach out to the on site teams with additional questions.

  • Smoking Policy

    WH Properties are non-smoking. Members found to be smoking inside the building may be charged fees or asked to leave.

  • Check In / Check Out Policies

    Check in is start from 2pm and Check out is before 12pm.
